The Pregnancy Support Circle is a transformational 5 week series to connect with others that are moving through pregnancy in their own ways. A supportive and safe environment to navigate the challenges and wide range of emotions that arise on this journey. Through guided experiences we will create a space to connect with others and find ways to feel confident heading into the next chapter of birth and parenthood.
A non exhaustive list of topics we cover in the circle:
Facing fears around birth, postpartum and parenting
Coping with pain
Biologically normal newborn behaviors
Getting comfortable with asking for help
Find clarity on what you really want to experience through birth
Connect with others that are moving through pregnancy in their own unique ways
Learning from others and sharing your perspectives to help them too
A safe space to vent

What others have said about their time in the circle:
“I went into the circle with no expectations and was really impressed by how impactful it was. I loved being in community with other mothers & Kayla clearly put a lot of time and effort into making the most of every hour we had together. I came away with practical tips for labor and postpartum, journal prompts that sparked great conversation with my partner, and a feeling of belonging and connectedness. I only wish the circle could happen every single week for the whole pregnancy.”
What participants have said made the circle so impactful:
“It is so hard to pin point one thing. What I think was unique was both being able to share and also being able to hold space for others in our shares- getting those things out has helped me move through a lot of resistance I had before the circle. That mixed with the tangible no BS tips and knowledge shared were really powerful.”
