Every birth is unique and different, just like the precious life you are bringing into this world. The services I offer are individually curated to support YOU on your unique journey.
Birth Doula Services
Birth is a sacred, sexual and spiritual journey. Throughout a series of 3-5 prenatal appointments we will dive into topics such as sexuality, diet, coping with pain, everything you’ve learned about birth through others and media, your hopes, fears and subconscious blocks to fully trusting yourself and your body’s ability to bring life through YOU! .
Our time together is a deep dive where we really get to know each other so that our comfortability and knowledge of yourself and your partner allows us to really stay connected to what’s important to you in the birthing process and being prepared for the transition into parenthood that will undoubtedly change your life. A lot of times that means getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. A surrendering to the experience with awareness and support.
And when the time comes for you to bring your baby into the world, I can be there when and if you want me to.
Postpartum Services
I believe that anyone that gives birth (in any way) should be able to fully immerse themselves in healing while nurturing new life. Finding the right support is vital, and something we can set up before the baby arrives. I center birth support, and having me on your birth team includes 2 postpartum visits to check in on your emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. I can assist with helping you figure out. what your needs are for more extensive postpartum support, there are so many amazing postpartum birth workers that I’d love to connect you with!
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that centers loving intention. Through Reiki we can release any stagnant or stuck energy to help you feel more ease and peace along your journey. Reiki can be an amazing tool to incorporate prenatally, during birth, and in the immediate postpartum window. Reiki healings can be done both in person and virtually.
Intuitive Tarot Readings
Tarot is a beautiful tool to tap into our intuition and subconscious mind to receive guidance as we journey through our life. I love to empower people by tapping into the inner knowing that we all possess. There is so much unknown throughout the pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience, and being able to tune into our subconscious mind can help us to be more aware and empowered. Tarot sessions are especially useful to identify and face any fears that are coming up for you before you enter the birthing space.
Payment
My rate is $2,000, however all services are offered on a sliding scale or through payment plans.
I believe that having access to support should not be dependent on having a certain amount of money.
My requirements are this: If you want to work with me, you must be open and committed to doing the work. I can only meet you where you are willing to go yourself.
We can work together to find a way that honors both yourself, your journey and mine in the process.
If you’re able to pay the full rate, you are actively enabling me to support more clients that are are struggling to afford a birth doula..
